    Instead of charging by the hour, we offer a fixed price per job. This approach ensures that your cleaning is completed to the highest standard without the pressure of time constraints.   • To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning.

    • Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% fee
    • Cancellations less than 24 hours : 75% fee 
    • Cancellations less than 12 hours : 100% fee

    We get it—sometimes things change. Recurring clients can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before without charge 1 time per year.
